ABOUT ERP
Enterprise resource, Planning (ERP) system - the unique incorporated system developed for the organisation to unite all aspects of data, and processes connected with it. System ERP covers all basic functions of the organisation, irrespective of organisation or charter-party business. It has begun as group of statements or a software concentration at association of repeated systems in one integrated system where data could be divided through the enterprise, apparently reducing a superfluous input of data and processes.

The Software tries to unite all departments and functions through the company on unique computer system which serves all those departments ’ specific requirements. To each of those departments optimised own computer system for specific ways by which the department does the work. But ERP combines all of them together in the unique, integrated program which escapes a unique database so that various departments could share the information and communicate with each other easier.
Term ERP originally means the system developed to plan use of resources of all enterprise. Though acronym ERP generated in the conditions of manufacture, at today's use of term is much wider area. Typical system ERP would replace two or more independent statements of the organisation, eliminating the external interfaces earlier demanded between systems, and would provide side benefits which fluctuate from standardization and lower service, to easier or big abilities of the message.
