Reflexion - one of the strongest tools for transformation. Unfortunately for many usual people it - “bit too there”, thus it is placed in a box only to be used similar to military artists and yogas. I believe, that the reflexion however should not be placed in a box for the few, but is the tool which all of us it is integral we know, but only have forgotten how to use it in a daily life.
As the child who loved military arts, acts in film, my impression was that the reflexion will resemble magic and would confer me special powers.
Unfortunately however, when I have started to reflect through studying of military arts, it was more case of sudden detection, how many chatter proceeded in my head (in fast a front line). For these years I have tested various meditatsionnye styles and events and would like to divide a few very simple methods in this article with you and probably to invite you to possibility of introduction of some form of reflexion during your life.
What reflexion?
For 1500 several years ago ancient wise man Patanjali has written yoga sutra’s (the original yoga of term addresses not to physical positions as hatha-yoga, but communication with internal itself that is reflexion) which consisted of 196 aphorisms on reflexion art. He has told:
“Yoga - effort to still thought and feeling of waves of mind.” (1)
However this effort arrives from the quiet and softened place by means of what
The body is softened
Mind is silent
The attention is concentrated during the moment (not the past or the future)
It therefore does not mean, that you should sit crossed on legs and still closed eyes, that’s only one way. You could reflect, listening to music, enjoying a cup of tea or playing with your pet.
You can reflect on: your breath, the nature, a pray, sensations in your body, even noise outside – is boundless possibilities. It is a centre question and consequently uspokaivanija the chatter differently known as “monkey object .
Advantage for reflexion health
Reduction of your levels of pressure is undoubtedly one of the most important components living a long and healthy life.
Here too some examples of how through reflexion we can advance health:
- Reducing intensity of a muscle which can lead to a pain and dysfunction
- Through stimulation free szstem and curative process
- Blood circulation and functioning increase to our digestive system (which among other systems it is closed when is underlined),
- Balancing of the left and right brain activity differently known as reflexion against feeling of the parties. Today the majority of people is caught in one contrast especially intellectual hemisphere or left
Reducing quantity and severitz hypertensive conditions, including a sleeplessness, headaches and a migraine
Here some various styles or reflexion examples:
1. Inhale Reflection
This reflexion includes also a stomach, inhaling realisation – which the majority of people has lost ability to make and can dramatically improve one only your health, increasing quantity of oxygen which you accept (2 birds with one stone).
To begin stomach breath:
1. Lie on your back on a floor or it is alternative in a convenient chair.
2. Place the hands on your stomach and start to inhale slowly the breath permission to expand a stomach lifting hands.
3. Make a breath for account 4, make an exhalation for account 6, increase length of the breath holding breath which inhale two column longer than in - – only go to convenient point then remain there (try to breathe through a nose). 2. Body viewing
This reflexion can be made in repeatedly within day, including in red light in the car or before switching-off. Occupy one minute to see a body from feet to each part of a body to a head, more time resolves more details.
For example: the Correct foot, the correct calf, the right hip (then left the party), hips, a stomach, solar plexus, a breast, back, shoulders, the right hand, the right hand (left the party), a neck, a head.
3. Walking Reflection
You find, what you always are in an impulse to reach somewhere? Following time you go, going the attempt which is slowing down the right, and practise this reflexion. With each step correspond it to making a breath or. Feel weight change through movement of feet from lifting, then changes, to returning to the basis. Look directly forward and allow eyes to be softened to observe sensations within a body, including weight change. Only 10 minutes in day will pass a long way to more softened mind.
