| Confidence - feeling, that you are assured, that you can finish a complex or even a dangerous problem. The sensation of confident means, that you are assured of the skills and ability to succeed in the given problem. It is internal definition of that, how much assured you have the skills. |

Shortage of confidence means, that you are not assured, that you can finish activity successfully. Your confidence of to be capable to make something is based on your track record of prosperity in various similar problems. The feeling of a self-trust is studied and can be transferred from one problem to other problem.
People with low level of confidence - people who are underlined. They are so sharp and strict on themselves, that they tend to reduce their own self-trust without someone else helping them to. So, the first thing which you should make, should weaken and remove stress in the evening after work or 3 times a week. The yoga in general is good; you can try it if you want.
Self-hypnosis is improbable also. But if you have no budget for all those freakish classes, include a little relaxing music and only sit there, with your cross of feet, a breath concentrate. Concentrate on each separate breath which you take and feel, that the anger and the disorder dissipate with each separate breath which you exhale.
People of the reason are not assured after successful end of a problem, or achievement of the difficult purpose consists in because they often do not recognise the achievement and can even humiliate that they have made. Other some people of the reason are not assured, they look at a problem or the purpose as the big legal body. The success or refusal are defined by result which can arrive after days or months of work. Some people usually take problems which are by on their head, thus that they are assured of refusal. They do it to strengthen their obvious shortage of a self-trust.
Way to create trust atmosphere: Rupture problems in smaller units; recognise the success for each step, and study from the errors to strengthen your confidence.
Rupture problem in smaller steps: Before you will intend to carry out a problem or to try to achieve the object, you should understand, that activity - actually a number of smaller steps. It is fundamental concept of any type of planning of a problem. Thus, instead of waiting up to the end to investigate, if you are a success, you have a number of the successes leading to the end.
Recognise success for each step: For each of these steps you should recognise the success. Congratulate yourself each time every time when you succeed. If you do not succeed, rectify the error. Care of the prevention, except in extreme cases.
Strengthen full confidence: This self-conversation will strengthen your acknowledgement of your abilities and will increase your confidence as you move ahead at purpose achievement.
You can create atmosphere of the trust, recognising your successes for each step on a way to achieve the object. Self-congratulations will construct and will strengthen your confidence, on a way feeling like the champion. |
