Spirits (Latin "in a smoke" value "through a smoke") have been highly approved by Egyptians, Romans, and Arabs. In East Asia spirits were a based incense. People were in the habit to do spirits of spices and grasses as a bergamot, a myrtle, a coriander, needles pitch, and almonds. Use of colours has arrived only after Avicenna the Iranian doctor and the chemist have shown distillation process by means of what oils could be taken from colours. In 1370, at will of Queen Elizabeth Vengrii, the first modern spirits in the world - "Water of Hungary" have been made, mixing up, has guessed oils in the decision for alcohol.
The structure of spirits has vital value and is processed by the expert known as the perfumer who deals with primary aromas, love, has raised, a jasmin, kola, and t.d; modifiers as esters; blenders as linalool and hydroxycitronellol; and fixatives as pitches, wooden aromas, and the amber bases. Turning out aroma is explained in a musical metaphor of three ' notes ', namely, the main notes (consisting of fast molecules evaporating of the small size) as citron and red aromas; average notes (consisting of slow evaporating average molecules of the size) as a lavender also have raised aromas; and the basic notes (consisting of the slowest evaporating greatest molecules of the size) as fixatives etc. All these notes co-operate as a musical chord.
Oils of spirits contain changeable structures in high concentration and thus should be dissolved solvents so that the wound has not been caused when is applied directly on a skin or clothes. The general solvent - pure ethanol or the ethanol mixed with water. Fraktsioniruemoe coconut oil or wax, neutral fats of sense of smell, such as jojoba, can operate also as solvents and to dissolve oil of spirits. Oil of spirits is mixed further with other connections of an aromatic series. In general, the percent from aromatic series connections in extraction of spirits makes 20 % to 40 %; in eau de parfum makes 10 % to 30 %; in eau de a toilet of 5 % to 20 %; and in cologne of 2 % to 5 %.
Oil concentration in spirits along with other connections of an aromatic series, defines intensity, durability, and the price of spirits, and thus it is close cautious secret of each perfumer and a house of spirits. Regulating level of percent and the note of spirits, changes on the same mark can be created as Stream Chanel's the Mister and the Stream mister Concentree.
Classification of spirits is never full, because of it ever the developing nature. Traditional classification includes categories as the Unique Flower, Flower Bouquet, Ambery, Wood, the Skin, SHipr, and Fougere; while modern classification includes Bright Flower, Green, Ocean / Ozone, Citrus / Fruit, and the Gourmet. In 1983, Michael Edwards, the adviser of spirits, has created new classification of aroma "the Aroma Wheel" which classified and podgruppirovalo five standard families, namely, Flower (Flower, Soft Flower, Flower East), East (Soft East, East, Wood East), Wood (Wood, Mossy Woods, Dry Woods), Fougere (has elements of aroma from all families), and New (Citrus, Green, Water).
The perfumery used many aromatic sources as factories, animal, and synthetic sources in creation from spirits. Factories are used as a source of structures of aroma and essence. Parts of factories which are used:
1 - the Bark (cinnamon, cascarilla);
2 - Flowers (the jasmin, osmanthus, tuberose has raised, a mimosa, vanilla);
3 - Blossoming (citrus, ilang ilanga, a carnation);
4 - Fruit (apples, wild strawberry, cherries, litsea cubeba, a juniper berry, vanilla, oranges, lemons, a stage, a grapefruit);
5 - Leaves and Pruty (a lavender, pachuli, citrus, violets, a wise man, Rozmari, hay, a tomato);
6 - Pitches (labdanum, mirr, benzojnaja rubber pitch, the Peruvian balm, frankincense/olibanum, a pine, a fur-tree, amber, dug);
7 - Roots, Bulbs, and Rizomy (vetiver roots, ginger and rizomy an iris of the eye);
8 - Simeon (a coriander, cocoa, a mace, cardamom, an anise, a nutmeg, caraway seeds, tonka a bean);
9 - Woods (agarwood, a birch, wood of red tropical breeds, sandalovoe a tree, a pine, a birch, a juniper, a cedar).
Sources of animals include Ambergris, Bobrovuju a stream, Musk, terpeny Rom, Honeycombs, and TSibetin. Other natural sources include Lichens and Protists. Synthetic sources include synthetic odorants, synthesised from oil products of distillation, pine pitches, etc. Modern spirits are mainly made of synthetic sources as they allow, that the aromas which have been not found in the nature as Calone, are synthetic structure which transfers the sea metal ozonized aroma. Synthetic aromatics are more consecutive than natural aromatics and therefore, are widely used now in modern accessible spirits. |
