| There is no firm and fast rule on as you should sit. The priority should be given always to position of reflexion which will hold you emergency and informed, softened and convenient. You can reflect for example, very well sitting in a chair. There are however some points to mean - |
|
|
The CHAIR - If at you is a chair with direct return fall back so the basis of your back ridge, only concerns chair backs, now to roll your hips forward while you do not sit on bones of your basis. The rest from your back ridge should be now free from a back of the chair, your back ridge given a natural S-curve. This back position is desirable, as it allows a continuous stream thin energy through back area, helping your reflexions.
Or you can sit on forward section of any chair or a flat stool, softly rolling your hips forward while you once again do not sit on bones of your basis. Modern office chairs are very good, as they are favourable and have regulators to your back, height of a chair and a place corner. In all cases hold your neck softened with your chin little bit covered, your shoulders softly lowered to former level and the softened opening your breast for spacious breath.
Weaken muscles on your person and incline the head while you downwards do not look at forty five corners of degree. Keep the mouth shut, and place the language against a back of a teeth. It is recommended, that you have placed the feet directly below your knees on a floor, not postponed with the crossed feet under a chair. Boots cannot be carried, reflecting.
You can find a unique armchair for place rest big enough to sit on to cross feet. If you really make sure, that it has a steady basis with more low back support only.
HANDS - a prominent aspect for your hands - that they should be supported always. You can place the hands conveniently in your knees or curtailed before your breast. Ideal position for staying idle with a contact of the big fingers and palm trees together, having a rest them against the centre of your breast with your corrected fingers specifying upwards. Meditatsionnyj teacher Sri Chinmoy says, that, "turning off your hands increases your emotionality".
With your hands on your rest of knees one with the open palm tree standing upwards, then place other open palm tree in that also collision upwards, allowing the big fingers it is natural to close rest against each other. In this position have, you hand over close to the area of a navel. Two more manual methods - move your bound fingers together while with your big fingers do not block, now turn palm trees of your hands, having a rest them on your knees facing to your area of a navel. Or turn the palm trees on their placing on your hips, with a bend with ninety degrees in your elbows. In all cases have no your hands, too far send, as it will pull your shoulders forward approximating your shoulders and back.
