| Air lines of Kenya (KQ) will add the fourth weekly flight to its Bamako-Dakar a route beginning on February, 3rd. The plane will be leve Narobi on Saturday morning in 8.55am to arrive to Bamako, Mali in 12:45pm. Return flight leaves in more dark in the evening to arrive to Nairobi on Sunday morning. |

The operating director of Titus Naikuni has told, that the fourth frequency was a sign of the growing requirement of flight services on a route of Bamako and Dakar. Since route start on July, 1st, 200, we saw the increase which is in great demand for our direct and reliable services to Senegal and Mali, and all East, the Central and Southern Africa and Asia, named West east trading corridor. Early morning arrival in Nairobi conveniently for the traveller incorporating to other part of Africa, the Middle and the Far East and with Europe through Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta the International Airport.
Now KQ operates three times a week to Dakar, through Bamako on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The route to Dakar has been opened with two weekly direct flights. In October of 28th 2005 because of the increasing requirement, KQ has increased its weekly flights by Senegal to three with a stop in Bamako, Mali. Services to Dakar and Bamako contact the East on the West and advance growth of tourism and commercial actions. Regional routes - a part of strategy KQ to protect its market which more and more becomes intruded the international airlines especially from the Near East.
Besides flight by own planes to regional mission, KQ builds passenger volumes through the code, divide agreements with other courier as Air of Malawi, Turkish Airlines, KLM and Accuracy Air.
