| After divorce is extended to see, that parents who are usually amazed with their division, forget about their children's well-being. Unfortunately is a few fundamental laws of children which are not kept during marriage division. Some of them: |
|
|
The right to live in safe environment.
The right which will be never compelled to choose between parents and to be allowed to love both parents and favourite by both of them.
The right which will be kept outside of division of parents.
The right to hold a role of the child / the native brother which naturally represents them.
The right to see the grandmother and the grandfather, the uncle, aunts and cousins of both parties of a family after division.
These statements express circumstances which become open to injury when parents pass division process.
When marriage is united, it grows round ability of two persons co-create a life. So being this ability essential in an origin of marriage pair, it is logic to confirm, that in case the pair obligation is interrupted with the future, parental communication which has once put these of two persons, should last always.
Certainly, after division, family communication which should remain, caring of children, will not remain exact the same. However, changes in a family could be tested relatives as a part of family development. To test marriage division by this constructive way, it is necessary, that both parties of the breaking pair respected each other and felt their mutual responsibility for everything, that they lived and have solved together.
When two separated partners observe experience of a life which involved family creation–beyond their later marriage disagreements – they not only help themselves, preventing to lose meaning of the life, but also and they protect the children's well-being.
