It has only two logic reasons: the author neumyshlenno has made some errors (but I think, that it is very close to impossible to be mistaken by the book letter as this), or it simply made some footnotes to support its idea, to make ideologists happy (or probably he thought, that ignoring of some facts will make its book more popular among people and will make sales better because many people read and studies only, that they wish to know, but not the actual truth).
My other anxiety - how access Schweizer the Soviet archives could? I think even now, after fifteen years after falling of Soviet Union even the Russian scientists do not have full access to materials of the Soviet archives, however, Schweizer uses many of sources from the Soviet archives for its book. Personally I think, that Russian do not want, that any strangers have glanced them in their "garbage can" because there is possibly big reference number which modern relations of two countries can influence on even.
As I have mentioned in the beginning of my paper, various people, have various opinions on the book of Schweizer's. It to each separate person that position about the book to take. The choice question - everything, that matters: some can wish believe simply that they only read and not even a question it, but some will wish to doubt and try to find counterarguments and to make personal opinions on a theme. Now it is very popular to call in question all.
