In the fine world we only would employ those with the positive and optimistic relation. We try to avoid to employ those with negative thinking who does not have firm belief in itself and who not focused achievement. Actually, we face people all time on a spectrum.

Good news, someone with negative or neutral thinking can study to be the effective thinker. Actually, even those with positive thinking can find ways to improve.

If you meaningly understand their personal intellectual style, and in a condition to recognise such things as negative self-conversation and counterproductive behaviour, they are well on a way to influence on their thinking. Similar to studying, practice and repetition will allow and will adapt thought process. In time, conscious recreation, positive self-conversation, and understanding become new thinking.

Imagine the influence, which positive thinking can render during an educational case. The result can be essential. It allows the organisations to strengthen better the educational investments - and finally individual privileges from the increased probability of personal success.

I will agree with last thought on thinking from Konfutsija, "desire to win, desire to succeed, the belief to reach your full potential..., they - keys which will unlock a door in the personal superiority."
