| What do you receive, when you employ the builders, own the inspector to examine your recently constructed house? |

John was my acquaintance, are not closed, but friendly and when he has told to me, that he bought the new house, I have told to it, that I will be happy to examine it for it, under the reduced price, certainly. He never mentioned it again, till 8 months later when he named me in some disaster. It seems builders, own, the inspector has suggested to examine the house for them for 150$, it is much less than my payment, even with friendship reduction, and John has accepted. If it resembles a little asking, that the fox protected a hen house, you are right on the purpose.
John suffered now from results poor, if - existing survey which has been given by the inspector of the company. The water heater on an attic has been established by inadequate image without a drop pan, water filtered on a ceiling more low. The main condensed line of leak has not been isolated and also kapanie, leaving ugly water colourings on a ceiling. The exhaust pipe of the furnace has not been properly expressed to appearance or connected in a place. The furnace has been established by inadequate image on her back, thus it could not express properly, allowing harmful gases in an attic. Connections have not been enclosed to the electric system in collectors, GFCI were not in all appropriate sites, and with only one 20 amp krugooborotov in kitchen, the infringer continued to crack from each time when the microwave and a coffee maker worked at the same time.
I could go forward and forward. The message which I have given to John after my survey, was 47 pages in length and contained some serious problems. All of them, probably, have been caught and established before they came nearer, had the appropriate survey executed on this NEW house.
Morals: 1.) Don’t to play the fool in reflexion, that you do not require survey only because your house is recently constructed. Survey is not developed to find only defects the caused age and-or use during long time. Many times, examining the senior houses, I find defects which existed as the house has been constructed. 2). You receive that you pay for and 3). NEVER EVER ALLOW the BUILDER to EXAMINE the OWN BUILDING!
