Thus you Buy the New House, you Really Require House Survey?

What do you receive, when you employ the builders, own the inspector to examine your recently constructed house?

John was my acquaintance, are not closed, but friendly and when he has told to me, that he bought the new house, I have told to it, that I will be happy to examine it for it, under the reduced price, certainly. Survey is not developed to find only defects the caused age and-or use during long time. Many times, examining the senior houses, I find defects which existed as the house has been constructed. 2). You receive that you pay for and 3). NEVER EVER ALLOW the BUILDER to EXAMINE the OWN BUILDING!
