The worst part (yes, it worsens!), that the majority of an average of owners and managers of a small-scale business even is more vain spent time... The whole eight weeks annually! In such a manner that can be made to eliminate the most part of this in vain spent time?

For starters if you so are not organised as you would like to be, you have a sight in yourselves and investigate, WHY you are not organised. Good news - what to be organised simply if is made regularly, and it pays off. Not only that the organisation provides less intense environment of work, but also it also raises morals, productivity of increases and positively mentions practical result.
