If you are a beginner in reflexion is a little prophetic to consider, which will make reflexion more successful.

1. Don’t reflect on a full stomach. Before the reflexion is better to leave an interval of 2-3 hours before reflexion. Some people can feel, that these objects are not necessary, but they can give inspiration for reflexion. Sri Chinmoy speaks:

“The the physical flower on your relic will remind you of an internal flower. The Flame from a candle in itself will not give you aspiration but when you will immediately see an external flame, you feel, that the aspiration flame in your internal being also rises highly, higher, the highest.” These objects also it will be useful for defined meditatsionnyh exercises.

6. A regularity and accuracy. Be the most effective reflexion should to be made by an integral part of your daily life. If you reflect in sporadic intervals it will be difficult to make any progresses. The regularity in reflexion allows you to create a daily routine which does your reflexion by stronger. If you reflect at the same time every day your internal being will be spontaneously ready to reflect, the reflexion becomes easier.

7. Open Eyes. Some people prefer to reflect eyes close but if you find, that you are in anyhow drift away in the dream world, reflect half-open eyes. It holds Both of you in the physical world, but not completely. This type of reflexion is known as “lions reflexion”
