By the leader conducts, changes from the person to the person. Remember that eventually, the leader - also the person. And each person is unique in its/its way. How the person conducts, depends from in the basic three things – the leader, group which is conducted also a situation. The actual head one who is emergency to group reactions, knows about circumstances round it and knows, abilities and reactions.
So, it means, what only people with natural skills can become good leaders? Others can get these skills? The answer to the first question not, and the second question - yes. In the same way as, you can study to float or any other skill in this respect, you can study to become the good leader. They intend not only, to grind skills of the natural leader but also and to train others to become good leaders.
