Overpayment SSI simply means, that you have received more money, than you differently have the right on within the given month.
There are some reasons for this purpose, that you were overpaid. Some of the reasons:
1. Your living situation has changed;
2. Your marital status has changed;

However, if you recognise, that to you has overpaid SSI, but feel, that it was no your error, you can ask overpayment refusal. For SSI to give you refusal, you should prove at least two things, that:
1. It was no your error, that you have received an overpayment; and
2. To ask to pay an overpayment will create injustice, as you require money to meet at least your usual expenses on residing.
If you are successful enough and to be having the right given refusal SSI will not demand more overpayment, but they will make necessary corrections in your privileges next month. If, on the other hand, to you really do not overpay, you should not pay a prospective overpayment, and SSI will continue to send you your privileges.
If, on the other hand, SSI did not give your inquiry about overpayment refusal if to you have actually overpaid, you can still ask on repeated consideration of refutation SSI’s. Finally, if SSI denies your repeated consideration or the reference, you should pay necessarily it, support the made overpayments. The best thing which you can make in this situation, should ask more reasonable list of payments or ask, that they have given up in parts of your monthly privileges instead.
