| Service of the client - an oxymoron in our society on late. This article sheds some light some of problems and tactics just as maintenance of thoughts to how to arrive to the decision of bad service of the client offered by many companies. |

There was with a proverb “The, a client - the king or the queen”? Or the client is always right. No more. Representatives Company’s, apparently, admire with the statement with and clients doing obstruction, and some even brag on their blogs about the beginning of morning and the late evening, calling only to upset clients to adjust them within their day.
What person receives kicks from this kind of behaviour? They even think before they name reaction of the client which they name also whom they could come to contact with that day? Whether it is valid kindly from action is possible more than legal responsibility, only expecting to happen?
The road Anger is so extended in our society now … what’s then - the Telephone Hysterics? It also will be the psychiatric diagnosis and legally defendable infringement? I almost would hold a bet on it!
The companies of a credit card among some of the worst criminals and now if you - advantage, to pay your accounts in time and in the full client they, do not want you and actually, consider shtrafovanie “good the client”, accusing it the annual payment to use their card. Seriously?
It really amazes and stuns me as regrettable service of the client became. It‘s such oxymoron … the client and service do not go together more; there is no service for the client, it is all about company’s a way to gain money, profits more.
Companies Don't care more of a way by which they are apprehended? The unique power also states the client, leaves, there should not be company’s a client more and when it happens, that there will be no requirement in realistic, making of money / profit, service of the client or the president; therefore there is more company.
I always was the confident person, and I try to look on both parties of each situation. Make I have offers and I offer decisions. ABSOLUTELY! When I had an excellent experience with service of the client, I speak to them and I thank them just as the message of everything, that I come to contact by that they have the great company, service or a product. Recently, I was silent surprise … why? |
